I got my copy of San Diego Magazine today and was really excited to see that my photo essay of a day in the life of Chef Carl Schroeder was layed out across 10 pages in the magazine.

Schroeder was a lot of fun to spend the day with and it was amazing to see everything that goes into preparing a gourmet meal.
