It was pretty amazing to spend 36 hours exploring my own city,
rediscovering all that it has to offer.
I’ve always marveled at the
tourists here in San Diego — it’s a strange thought that they save up
their precious vacation days to come to this place that I call home.
Here are some of my favorites from the two days exploring SD.
I had the opportunity for the second time in a couple of years to
photograph San Diego’s “homeless court,” a special set of court
proceedings for the city’s homeless that affords them an opportunity to
minimize or dismiss charges after serving time in a variety of social
programs.
